$485.00 FOR WHOLE OFF-SEASON /  ALL CONTRACTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITH A CREDIT CARD KEPT ON FILE.
  
SERVICE INCLUDES:

  1. INSPECTING OF POOL  AND WINTER COVER .
  2. INSPECTION  OF ALL PIPING , WINTER PLUGS, GIZZMOS , WATER BAGS , LOOP LOC ANCHORS, AND POOL DECK.
  3. 1 TO 2 MONTHLY VISITS DEPENDING ON POOL COVER AND LOCATION OF POOL IN YARD.
  4.  PUMPING  WATER OFF COVER   AS NEEDED ( ALL SOLID COVERS )
  5. LOWERING WATER LEVEL IN POOL  AS NEEDED ( ALL MESH COVERS )
  6. REMOVING LEAVES , DEBRIS , DEAD ANIMALS, OR TREE BRANCHES FROM WINTER COVER ( ALL COVERS )
  7. ADDITION OF ANY OFF-SEASON CHEMICALS  OR ANTI -FREEZE AS NEEDED. (ALL COVERS)

EXTRA FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE:

  1. WATER BAGS 10 FT  $5.50 EACH
  2. LOOP LOC ANCHORS REPLACED $10 EACH / IF NEED NEW PILOT HOLE  DRILLED $25 EACH
  3. LOOP LOC SPRINGS $15 EACH
  4. AIR PILLOWS $10 EACH ( ABOVE GROUND )
  5. WINCH $15 EACH — CABLE $ 10 FOR 100 FT  / TOGETHER $20
  6. ANY MISC. REPAIRS WILL CARRY EXTRA FEE ON A PER JOB BASIS. ( EXAMPLE - WINTER STORM CAUSES TREE TO FALL ONTO WINTER COVER )
